Elizabeth Anne ( Betsy) Knight, 73, of Altha, passed away Friday, Feb. 17, 2012 in Tallahassee. Born on June 8, 1938 in Orlando,  she lived in Calhoun County since 1962, coming from Tallahassee.  She was a wife, mother and  founder of Big Bend Wildlife Sanctuary in 1988.  Betsy made her debut in 1956 at the Rosalind Social Club in Orlando.  Betsy also served as a librarian for two years.  She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church near Altha.
