BLOUNTSTOWN — Naomi Caroline Yoder, 88, of Blountstown passed away peacefully at her home Thursday, July 29, 2010 after a short illness. A native of Greenwood, DE, she was one of ten children born to David and Savilla Yoder. She and her husband, Monroe Yoder, who preceded her in death, moved to Blountstown in 1953 and raised eight children on their family dairy farm. She was a homemaker and was devoted to her husband, family, and her faith in God. “Miz Naomi” was well-known for her gracious hospitality and wonderful cooking, especially her homemade bread and angel food cakes....
