Official minutes from the April 14 special meeting of the Bristol City Council as recorded by the city clerk. This special meeting was called to order by Chairman Mitch Willis at 7 p.m. Councilmembers Steve Cutshaw, Brigham Shuler, Gilda Drummond, and Becky Nobles were present. Attorney House, Mayor Brantley, and Clerk Hatcher were also present. Councilman Shuler moved to accept Shannon Phillip’s letter of resignation from employment with the City of Bristol effective April 30, 2010, seconded by Councilman Cutshaw, accepted by all. Official minutes from the April 7 regular meeting of the Bristol City Council as recorded by the city clerk. Chairman Willis called this meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. with Councilmembers Steve Cutshaw, Brigham Shuler and Gilda Drummond present. Mayor Betty Brantley, Attorney David House and City Clerk Robin Hatcher were also present. Invocation was offered by Councilwoman Drummond. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Shuler.
