Purpose and Effect:
The purpose of the rule development is to amend the policies so that they will be consistent with current legislation.  The effect is that the policies will be correct and up-to-date.

A draft copy of the policy being developed is not available at the time of this notice.
Any person who decides to appeal a decision with respect to a matter considered at the workshop is hereby advised that, for such purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the meeting is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Any person with a disability or physical impairment who wishes to attend this meeting and who requires special accommodations should contact the office of Assistant Superintendent, (850) 643-2275 ext. 236, at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
