Woman found passed out on pavement in bank drive-thru
A 20-year-old Panama City woman was arrested for disorderly intoxication after she was found passed out on the pavement at the ATM in the drive-thru of the Bank of America at 4:30 a.m. Sunday.
The young woman, who smelled strongly of an alcoholic beverage, was wearing only one shoe.
When Blountstown Police Officer Nick Keller awakened her, she began yelling and cursing at him. She had no identification, would not give her name and remained hostile, prompting him to call a deputy for assistance.
The woman, later identified as Maria Elena Luevano, continued to act belligerently and refused to answer questions. When the officers tried to get her off the ground, she lay back down next to the ATM.
She was taken into custody and later given a conditional release.
